Order Processing Times

• Order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout.
• In order to be delivered within 3-5 business day, an order must be placed by 11am (EDT) on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day. 

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification email with the tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please note the weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard order processing and shipping times.

Shipping Cost and Delivery Times

USA orders:

• Free Standard Shipping (3- 6 Business Days) when you spend over $100, otherwise the cost is $5.
• Express Shipping (1- 2 Business Days) $15

CANADA orders:

• Free Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) when you spend over $100, otherwise the cost is $9.50
• Express Shipping (1- 3 Business Days) $25

Rest of The World Orders: 

• Shipping costs will differ by country for Express and Standard International Shipping. Please know that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
