1. How can I return my purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase, full price items or items using discount codes can be returned for a full refund. Please use our Return Portal here. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

2. What are the conditions for returns?

Items may be returned within 30 days of dispatch of your order. SOL Swim offers free return or exchange for USA orders only. Please ensure that all products are returned in the following condition:

  • Unworn
  • Damage free
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Without perfume or deodorant smells
  • Without makeup marks
  • Items with hygiene stickers still in place (bodysuits and swimwear)

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns.

3. What is the shipping policy?

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout. In order to be delivered within 3-5 business days, an order must be placed by 11am (EDT) on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed by our fulfillment center as soon as possible on the following business day. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification email with the tracking information when your order has shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard order processing and shipping times.

4. Do you offer international returns?

We offer free return or exchange for USA orders only. International returns fees are covered by the customer.
