Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. Or you can ask for assistance to our team here
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed you have 12 hours to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
I am located in the US, when will my order arrive?
Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Keep in mind that carrier delays may occur.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends, and some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
For express shipping, orders must be placed by 12:30 PM PST to ship the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:30 PM PST will ship the following business day and are delivered Monday through Friday.
I am located outside the US, when will my order arrive?
Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow 3-12 business days for delivery. Keep in mind that carrier delays may occur. During peak holiday seasons or sale events, fulfillment may take a bit longer, so please allow up to 7 additional business days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost for US customers?
We offer free standard shipping for US items over $200. If your US order is under $200, our standard shipping can vary between $4-$10
How much does shipping cost for international customers?
Shipping cost depend on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Are taxes and import duties included in international shipping?
Yes, all applicable taxes and import duties are included at checkout, so won't have to pay additional fees upon delivery.
I am located in the US, how can I return my purchase?
We happily accept returns for full-priced items in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unaltered—with tags and liners attached for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items purchased during a sale period (ex: spring sale, end of the season sale) or market as final sale are not eligible for refunds, exchange only.
Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned package. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. A restocking fee of 5% applies per return order, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

I am an International customer, how can I return my purchase?
We happily accept returns for full-priced items in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unaltered—with tags and liners attached for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
We do not offer exchanges for international purchases. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.
If there is an active sale or marked down items, please refer to our sale return policy. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
