SOL SWIM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Eligibility for Return 
  • Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund to your originally payment method within 30 days of dispatch of your order
  • Returned items must be unworn and in new conditions.
  • Items must have all original tags attached 
  • Without perfume or deodorant smells
  • Without makeup marks
  • Hygiene stickers must be intact (bodysuits and swimwear)

Return for Exchange: You may return your order for an exchange in difference size or color.

Return for Store Credit: You may return your order for a store credit that never expires.

Return for Refund: Once your return is received and verified, please allow 7-10 business day for the refund to show in your original payment method. 

    Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that comply with the above conditions.

    Non-Refundable Items:
    • All sale items or items purchased during a sale event ( ex: spring sale, end of the season sale, summer sale) are final  and cannot be returned for a refund. However, we understand that sizing and color preferences may vary, so we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or color if available.  If you need to exchange a sale item, please contact our customer service team at sales@solswim.us
    • Shipping fees are not refundable

    Cost of Shipping.

    SOL SWIM offers free returns and exchanges for US orders only. Internationals returns fees are covered by the customer.

    Cancellation Timeframe

    • You have  48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel within this timeframe, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

    How to Cancel Your Order

    To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@solswim.us within the 24 hour window. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will assist you in the cancellation process and ensure that your refund is processed promptly.

    Exceptions

    Please note that our order cancellation policy has certain exceptions:

    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
    • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
