- CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Items may be returned within 30 days of dispatch of your order.
We do not accept returns on the following:
  • Final Sale items

All products must be returned in the following condition

  • Unworn
  • Damage free
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Without perfume or deodorant smells
  • Without makeup marks
  • Items with hygiene stickers still in place (bodysuits and swimwear)

    Please remember the SOL SWIM offer  free returns for USA orders only. Internationals returns fees are covered by the customer.

    Refund Process

    • If your order is eligible for cancellation and a refund, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
    • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.

    - Cancellation Timeframe

    • You have up to 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel within this timeframe, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

    How to Cancel Your Order

    To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@solswim.us within the 48-hour window. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will assist you in the cancellation process and ensure that your refund is processed promptly.

    Exceptions

    Please note that our order cancellation policy has certain exceptions:

    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
    • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

    - Exchange Policy

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving the item.
    • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item  you wish to exchange.
    • Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. 
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item.
    • Exchanges are subject to a $3.50 restocking fee, paid by the customer.

    Exchange Options:

    • You can only exchange the item for a different size or color.
