Tiempos de procesamiento de pedidos
- Los tiempos de procesamiento del pedido son independientes de los tiempos de envío al momento del pago.
- Para que se entregue dentro de 3 a 5 días hábiles, el pedido debe realizarse antes de las 11 a. m. (EDT) de lunes a viernes. Los pedidos realizados durante el fin de semana serán procesados por nuestro centro logístico lo antes posible el siguiente día hábil.
Después de recibir el correo electrónico de confirmación de su pedido, recibirá otro correo electrónico de notificación con la información de seguimiento cuando su pedido haya sido enviado.
Tenga en cuenta que los fines de semana y días festivos están excluidos de los tiempos estándar de procesamiento y envío de pedidos.
Costo de envío y tiempos de entrega
Pedidos de EE. UU.:
- Envío estándar gratuito (3 a 6 días hábiles) cuando gasta más de $100; de lo contrario, el costo es de $5.
- Envío exprés (1- 2 días hábiles) $15
Órdenes de CANADÁ:
- Envío estándar gratuito (3-7 días hábiles) cuando gasta más de $100; de lo contrario, el costo es de $9,50
- Envío exprés (1- 3 días hábiles) $25
Resto del mundo Órdenes:
- Los costos de envío variarán según el país para el envío internacional exprés y estándar. Tenga en cuenta que su pedido puede estar sujeto a derechos e impuestos de importación (incluido el IVA), que se generan una vez que el envío llega a su país de destino. No somos responsables de estos cargos si se aplican y son su responsabilidad como cliente.
