¿Qué talla debo comprar?

¿Puedo cancelar mi pedido?
Lo entendemos completamente, ¡también cambiamos de opinión! Si bien lo deseamos, una vez realizado un pedido, no podemos modificarlo ni cancelarlo en este momento. Esperamos tener una ventana de cancelación algún día en el futuro.
Si los artículos no funcionan, asegúrese de cambiarlos por un estilo preferido o devolverlos para obtener un reembolso. Como recordatorio, el envío de devolución nacional es gratuito.

How much does shipping cost for US customers?
We offer free standard shipping for US items over $200. If your US order is under $200, our standard shipping can vary between $4-$10
How much does shipping cost for international customers?
Shipping cost depend on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Are taxes and import duties included in international shipping?
Yes, all applicable taxes and import duties are included and showed at checkout, so won't have to pay additional fees upon delivery.
For UK customers: Goods valued at £135 or less are exempt from customs duty.
I am located in the US, how can I return my purchase?
We happily accept returns for full-priced items in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unaltered—with tags and liners attached for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items purchased during a sale period (ex: spring sale, end of the season sale) or market as final sale are not eligible for refunds, exchange only.
Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned package. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. A restocking fee of 5% applies per return order, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

I am an International customer, how can I return my purchase?

We do not offer exchanges for international purchases. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.
